SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 14 Establishing the                           
Alaska Task Force on Parity for Mental Health, was read the second             
time.                                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Sharp, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the              
adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 2918.             
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT                                    
RESOLUTION NO. 14(FIN) was adopted, read the second time and                   
was before the Senate on final passage.                                        
                                                                               
The question being: Shall CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT                             
RESOLUTION NO. 14(FIN) Establishing the Alaska Task Force on
